Return Policy

We hope that you love everything that you purchase from Tori Lynn & Co. However, we do understand that a return is sometimes the best option. If an item doesn't work for you, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Our return policies are:

• Items can be returned for boutique credit or exchange only
• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. No exceptions.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of makeup stains and deodorant with original tags still attached
• Shoes will need to be unworn, and returned in the same box they were purchased in
• The customer is responsible for the shipping back any item, such as packaging, cost, etc.
• All sale items and accessories are final sale
